　　During the Olympic Games, the first goden medal caught people’s attention all the time, so many players who were put great hope to get the godel medal burdened so much pressure. 

　　When the players win the first place, all the media reported them and gave them the biggest applause, while for these players who did not win the medal, they just reported them with a few words and the audience forgot them quickly. 

　　In fact, for every player, they practised so hard to appear in this great stage, they enjoyed the match and made other competitor to become stronger, faster and higher. They are easy to be forgot because some people and media classify them as the losers. There is no loser in the match, the glory belongs to all, even though they don’t win the medal, they still heroes.

　　A good salesman takes a real interest in his goods.He enjoys explaining its qualities and answering questions about it.In slack time,he busies himself with putting things order.Everybody seeks his advice because he can be counted on to offer quick,polite assistance.Customer relations are very important to him.He always has a smile for his customer,and they trust him because his manner is both interested and sincere.

　　By the end of the day,the good salesman has made many sales and a lot of friends.He can look forward to a raise because he has done all the things necessary to earn.That is what a really good salesman I mean.

　　I was used to do things by my own, because I did not like to cooperate with other person, for I thought it was so easy and quick for me to finish the job. But since I went to high school, I thought I could not do things on my own any more, I needed someone else’s help. Take the biology homework for example. 

　　The teacher asked us to do some researches and then handed in the conclusion in the next class. It took me some time to finish the research, what’s more, I did not have enough time to do all the researches, so if I cooperated with other students, we could share our researches and then made the overall conclusion. It not only saved my time, but also helped me to promote the communication with my classmate. Cooperation has the great power.
