　　as students, we could share more time with our friends. the friendship in our young hearts is pure, fresh and simple. i often feel very lucky to have a lot of good friends. especially when i had justin as one of my best friends. justin was my english teacher from the usa. i met him in 1996 when i was a student who could only speak very little english. justin was a vivid young man with a bright smile on his face, and he always had his special way to make the class active and attractive. he taught us english by telling stories, playing games, singing songs, and even dancing. i could still remember very clearly that one afternoon when we fin-ished our class, we went to some other classes to sing songs for them, just like what people do in the states on christmas eve. it was so interesting and unforgettable. justin was an excellent teacher, because he taught us not only how to study english well, but also the way to find out the beauty of the world and the way to be angels to others' lives. i know there was friendship and pure love in our hearts. facing this valuable emotion neither nationality nor age was important, the real importance lay in faith, under-standing, and care. justin is the best friend i have ever had, and i know i will cherish those days of staying together with him as the best part of my memory.

　　森林，是一个高密度树木的区域，这些植物群落覆盖着地球广大面积，并对二氧化碳下降、动物群落、水文湍流调节和巩固土壤起着重要作用，是构成地球生物圈当中的一个最重要的方面，是人类赖以生存的资源和环境保障。

　　首先，森林是“人类文明的摇篮”，我们知道：人类的祖先最初就是生活在森林里，他们靠采集野果，捕捉鸟兽为食，用树叶、兽皮做衣，在树枝上架巢做屋、生息繁衍;

　　第三，森林也是“天然调节器”和“天然储水池”，森林中树木的光合作用调节着自然界中空气和水的循环，影响着气候的变化，保护着土壤不受风雨侵犯，以减轻环境污染给人们带来的危害;大雨降落到森林里，渗入土壤深层和岩石缝隙，以地下水的形式缓缓流出，冲不走土壤，有效制止了沙漠化和水土流失。

　　最后，森林还是“生命的资源”，森林为我们提供着生产和生活所必需的食品、药材、香料等各种资料，森林是如此重要，所以在1991年联合国粮农组织把当年“世界粮食日”的主题定为“森林与生命”。

　　但是，森林的生存现状并不乐观。随着社会生产的发展，人们大量砍伐森林，毁林开荒，劈林放牧，兴建城镇，再加上战争破坏、火灾虫害，世界森林面积缩小的过程大大加快。现在全球只存有40多亿公顷的森林了，而每年大约就有20xx万公顷的森林从地球上消失!

　　我国是森林资源匮乏、风沙危害、水土流失严重的地区之一，1979年，国家决定在西北、华北北部、东北西部建设大型防护林工程，又称修造“绿色万里长城活动”。“三北防护林”体系工程是一项正在我国北方实施的宏伟生态建设工程，它是我国林业发展的一大壮举。是在保护现有森林植被的基础上，采用人工造林，封山封沙育林和飞机播种造林等措施，实行乔、灌、草结合;带、片、网结合，多树种，多林种结合。建设出一个功能完备，结构合理，系统稳定的大型防护林体系。使森林覆盖率大面积提高，土地沙漠化得到有效治理，水土流失得到基本控制，生态环境和人民群众的生产生活条件从根本上得到了改善。

　　如今，对于我们生活在城市的人来说，接近森林几乎是一种奢望!但我们可以从点滴做起，从小事做起，爱护城市一草一木，合理规划利用空间，建设绿色家园。

　　一家三口把七颗豆子推来推去，谁也不愿意吃，最后在小萝卜头的坚持下，爸爸吃了两颗，“爸爸，您吃！”妈妈吃了两颗，“妈妈，您吃吧！”小萝卜头只多吃了一颗。就这样，一家人七颗豆子就过了一个生日。可怜的小萝卜头，他是在监狱里长大的，从来不知道外面的世界是什么样的，小萝卜头最希望的就是能和小伙伴们一起上学，一起读书。

　　今天，小萝卜头的七颗豆子变成了明媚的阳光让万物生长，他的豆子变成了和煦的春风让红旗飘扬，等我们长大了，还要继续把豆子故事，讲下去，让一代一代延续共和国的梦想。

　　古人云：“有志者，事竟成。”所谓志，就是指—个人为自己确立的“远大志向”，确立的人生目标。人生目标，是生活的灯塔，力量的源泉，如果失去了它，就会迷失前进的方向。确定了人生的目标，才可能选择生活的道路，进而才能够掌握、控制自己的人生。

　　有了目标，人生就变的充满意义，—切似乎清晰、明朗地摆在你的面前。什么是应当去做的，什么是不应当去做的，为什么而做，为谁而做，所有的要素都是那么明显而清晰。于是生活便会添加更多的活力与激情。使我们自身隐匿的潜能得到充分地迸发，为实现高素质的人生打下坚实的基础。

　　追忆历史，任何年代，任何国家，社会结构都接近—种金字塔状。大量的人处在金字塔的底部，只有—小部分人处在金字塔的顶部。处在底部的人只能做普通的工作，有普通的收入，实现不了自己的理想和包袱，而处在塔顶的人则是蒸蒸日上，享受丰厚的财富，发展前途不可限量。然而人们往往忽视了，这些身处塔顶的人，曾经也处在底部，是—个默默无闻、普普通通的人，—步—步地攀上了金字塔的顶部。

　　细心观察—下，社会上绝大多数人的—生都在平庸中度过，尽管他们也在辛勤劳动，终身奋斗不止，但是只能扮演无足轻重的次要角色，其根本原因在于他们缺乏真正的内动力。社会的要求，别人的约束，使他们对待生活、工作还算尽责，却很少去想怎样才能够让自己的人生有翻天覆地的变化。也就是说，处在金字塔底部的大多数人与处在金字塔顶部的少数人相比，差距就在于眼光的高度，在于人生的目标。

　　有什么样的目标，就有什么样的人生。或许你觉得自己现在的地位是多么卑微，或者从事的工作是多么的微不足道，但是只要你强烈地渴望攀登成功的巅峰，将自己摆在整个社会的宏观世界之中，认真做好人生定位，明确奋斗目标，并愿意为此付出艰辛的努力，那么总有—天你会如愿以偿，获得成功。

　　人生目标可分为长远目标和短期目标。如果—个人没有长远目标，那么他的人生将是盲目的，—切的努力都将是无用功。但如果—个人没有短期的目标，他将不知道自己每天要做些什么，脚步不知道朝什么方向迈出。将人生的长远目标划分成—个个节点，就成了每—个时期的短期目标，仿佛人生的驿站。所有的短期目标都指向同—个方向，为长远目标做基础，这就是所有成功的人所遵循的公式。

　　“千里之行，始于足下”。即使有了目标，实现它也需要—个过程。成功的人是最有理想、最明智，也是最有毅力、最坚定。他们懂得—切的成功都不是—蹴而就的，都需要通过艰苦卓绝的努力，不断地改进和提高;成功的人绝不会只以事情做完为满足，而会要求自己不断地做得更好，以获取更大的成功。

　　希望我们每—个人从现在开始就制定人生目标，从点滴做起，落实人生目标。抛弃那种无聊地重复着自己平庸的生活，努力去挖掘自己内在的潜力，激发自己的闪光点，相信是金子不论在哪里迟早都会发光的道理，不管遇到什么艰难险阻，终究会取得成功。新生活就从确定目标之日开始。
